Before we begin your project, please complete the 
Website Brainstorming Worksheet
The completed worksheet will help me design the site to your specifications.

Following is the sequence of events.

1. Send your completed worksheet and a $35.00 proposal fee (This fee will be deducted from your website building costs):
   I will go through your worksheet and determine your web site needs.
   A proposal will be assembled according to those needs and sent to you.
   If the proposal is acceptable to you, sign and return it to me.
   

2. Mock-up:
   This is the graphical representation of what the site's going to look like. This is the time you request design or layout changes.
   
   

3. Template/Prototype:
   The template layout is placed on a server. You will receive a link in your email. Clicking on that link will enable you to view the layout of your site.
   
   Note: At this time 33% of website building proposal fee will be due.
   
   

4. Content Implementation:
   After you accept the template layout, wording and image content will be added.
   
   

5. Other Implementations:
   Any special implementations like forms or scripts will also be added.
   
   Note: At this time the second 33% of the website building proposal fee is due.
   
   

6. Review:
   After the content is added, the website will be submitted to you, once again, for testing and approval. 
   
   

7. Meta Tags for search engines:
   (NOTE: This does not guarantee your placement on the search engines)
   Please provide a one sentence description of your website and keywords that your visitors would use in a search for your type of site.
   
   

8. Launch the Final Website:
   Upload the site to your hosting service.
   
   Note: The remaining balance minus the $35.00 proposal fee will be due
   

• The client must furnish content as a word-processed file, carefully edited and proofread.
• Files must be named to coincide with each specific web page. Include bolded and italic type where you prefer.
• The fees include linking from specific points within text to other internal pages or third-party websites.
• Indicate links by underlining the linking point.
• Development of your pages will not begin until all text for all pages is provided.
• One round of minor text edits is permitted at the final approval stage.
• Edits for all pages must be provided at the same time.
• Additional change cycles thereafter carry additional fees at our standard hourly rates.

• The client must furnish and or approve the site map before the design process begins.
• Logos and photos must be provided before design process begins.
• The client must furnish final text within seven (7) days of design approval.
• Designs must be approved within five (5) business days of presentation.
• Upon final development and approval, website will be uploaded to your server host.
• Approximate Production Time: 10-20 days from approval of the site map and receipt of all furnished text and images.
• Any delays or postponements in production may result in additional fees at our standard hourly rates.
