creating your website, we will have contact during each step. So, no
need of feeling overwhelmed or confused.
I will be needing information from you in the beginning to customize
your website. Then after that, you will approve each step before
continuing.

Step by Step
STEP 1
If you are wanting to add additional
pages or features to the "Basic" website, contact me by email.
I will need to know what you are
wanting to add so I can give you a quote.
After you authorize the quote, go to
STEP 2
STEP 2
Determine your "domain name"
(Examples: Google.com, amazon.com)
Contact me by email. I'll send you a link to
signup for a website host.
This will be your websites home.
During the short sign up process you will create your own log on and password.
These will be your keys to gain access to your website files and tools.
No, I don't hold your website hostage and
charge you monthly "maintenance" fees.
You will also have your own domain name email
During the signup process you will be able to register
your domain name FREE.
After completing the signup process, you will have your domain name registered and a host
for your website.
The cost:
24 months @ $7.95 / month = $190.80 payable during sign up
or
12 months @ $8.95 / month = $107.40 payable during sign up
STEP 3
It is now time to construct the main page
of your
website.
I'll need any remaining images or information from you
that I have not received during the quote process in STEP 1
Images preferred are jpg or jpeg.
Images needed: 1 logo and 2 images representing your business
(Don't worry about resizing or optimizing the images, I'll do that.)
What do you want to say about your business?
This is when you get to tell your story.
Do you have preferred colors for your website?
5 images of car washes for the gallery page.
($10. for each additional gallery image.)
Also, your address and contact information for
the contact page.
Send me this information by email along with your web
host log on and password.
Don't worry, account numbers are not visible after logging in.
The log on
information lets me upload your website files and gain entrance for any
type of maintenance or upgrading.
STEP 4
The images, information and color scheme
are then assembled by me to create your websites main page.
When I have completed the main page it will then be uploaded to your web host.
I'll
send you an email with a link to your main page so you can view it.
At this time I need your approval to
continue any further.
After your approval, I will invoice you for the first
third of the total cost.
As an example, if the total price is
$695.00, the invoice will be in
the amount of $232.00
STEP 5
After I receive payment, the
"Basic" portion of your website will be
assembled using your approved color scheme.
You will be contacted by email to view
the completed "Basic" portion of your website.
After your approval, I will invoice you for the
second one third of the total website costs.
STEP 6
The remainder of your website will be constructed.
Upon your approval, the remaining balance will be
invoiced.
